Approach
Led and contributed to onboarding-path performance work across the Hygraph platform — employing a project reservation and allocation approach that cut median time-to-ready dramatically while continuing enterprise feature delivery.
Result
Median onboarding dropped from roughly ~30 seconds for greenfield projects and ~90-120 seconds for template projects to about 1.5 seconds on app.hygraph.com.
